Reuters reports that "Oil prices resumed their decline on Tuesday after rallying the previous session (Monday afternoon), while world stock markets edged higher." On Monday morning the price was below $68, a five year low. Tuesday morning, U.S. crude oil was down 90 cents at $68.10. Crude has lost a third of its value since June 2014.
