The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland's six week report shows the impact of the lower oil price over the region including eastern Ohio, part of Kentucky, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Reduced activity in oil plays can be seen in manufactures declining orders attributed to lower oil prices and sales of single -family homes down for the same period in 2014 while the prices averaged 4% higher.
