McClendon Dies in Single Car Crash

Aubrey McClendon died in a single car crush in Oklahoma City one day after he was indicted for rig-rigging by the Federal Government. The Justice Department is expected to dismiss the case against McClendon. However, the Class Action law suit against Chesapeake Energy and SandRidge Energy, filed on March 4^th minutes before his death, will continue against other officers of the companies. Oklahoma City Police department, Capt. Paco Balderrama said the car was traveling at a “high rate of speed. He pretty much drove straight into the wall.”
